A quiet day in Roscoff
Following yesterday's long travel trip, we decided on a (cold!) dip in the sea, closely watched by the three lifesavers,
who agreed to be pictured here (thanks guys!) and I include some beach signs here. (For fellow French students-there will be a test on the use of the Breton imperfect subjunctive !)
Now you know that telling a Breton he's mad, is a compliment to their health.
Mary enjoyed a crepe and white beer from the beach creperie.
Also a pic of some of their famous seaweed 'algues'.
Today was just perfect weather and we again found the town really attractive just to walk around. A street artist was painting shells.

A circus was setting up, they told us only 7 people worked in it--plus assorted animals of course.
The sound of singing took us into the magnificent church building, where we found ourselves spectators at the back a packed congregation for Mass.
Another stunning sunset from our beachfront hotel.
