A stay in hospital

Following a prescription for Doxycycline, Mary broke out in a terrible rash, complete body cover, made worse by the further prescription of Cephalosporin, causing her to have to be admitted as an emergency patient for a stay in hospital for several days, with a diagnosis of Stephen Johnson syndrome- a truly nasty condition.Intravenous hydrocortisone plus antihistames and topical treatment with steroid creams, have helped the swellings to reduce, though the itchiness is all-pervading and almost unbearable for her.Tomorrow she expects to be discharged. There is a pic of her hands to day, as well her smiling face--fortunately spared to worst of it. Her swollen hands make holding a knife and fork difficult--but with Mary's famous appetite--it was overcome! I was invited to lunch at Alison and Craig's place and there is a pic of the fish that Craig caught and we ate! It was a flathead or groper or black something like that.I also attach a couple of pics of my own culinary efforts, to show I didn't starve!
