Band in Blue Mountains and a bush walk

This weekend we stayed with cousin John and Penny in Blackheath, while joining our New Horizons band on tour and staying in Leura. One performance was cancelled as the conductor fell and broke her femur, one evening, which slowed her down a bit.

During that interval, John took Mary and I on a very pleasant three hour walk (including return)  to Ikai Ridge, overlooking the Grose Valley, in excellent weather.The walk is not an official NSW  Parks walk, so the starting point is hard to see, only two small piles of stones!

Our last performance was again (as last year) at the Norman Lindsay Gallery with the well-known sculptures and paintings.
