Best House in Australia

I was astonished to read that a house on a bay near us has been voted 'best house in all of Australia 2016'  by the housing assn or some such body.

I took this pic, of it at final of construction phase,  from my kayak in Dec  2014 and it is in my  kayak blog of that time.  It has 6 levels and 11 bedrooms --quite enough for the couple who live there, I would say!

On a later occasion I did see the owner on a balcony, shaking the dust off a rug .
