We walked 10.4Kms, not quite as as far as the lighthouse. Very cold early morning but 20deg C by noon.
All the walkers are also Friday kayakers and some also cycle. Mary enjoyed it too and her dodgy hip behaved itself!
In the photo we are whale watching --we did see one giving a few 'spouts' but most have migrated already I think.
Almost all humpbacks and the largest count ever I believe.

Our local gallery , Hazelhurst, run by the council, hosted the year 12 indigenous art display which opened on Sunday with appropriate indigenous dances in Aboriginal costume . There were about 4o entries on display, all very good and some were for sale. The ones we liked had already been sold unfortunately.
