Choir -Latin American and 'Misa Criolla'

Late afternoon yesterday we went to --what must be by Australian standards--an ancient church in the inner-city suburb of Enmore.

The pic shows the church before audience arrived.

I was a bit reluctant to go but the environment and the performance of singers and musicians- were quite rivetting--all in Spanish but sung with evidence of a lot of emotion. There was a baroque recorder and other genuine instruments.

The food in the interval was equally engaging!
