Nephew David and wife Clare have joined us for a couple of nights, from Southampton. The first pic is breakfast and I can't understand why the windows look black.
We got soaked trying to walk through Salcombe this morning, but undeterred, we set out this afternoon for the cliff walk, in 50mph winds.
We were spared the rain, so all was well. The sea was rough at Soar Mill Cove. The later wine and meal revived us all.

Our local gallery , Hazelhurst, run by the council, hosted the year 12 indigenous art display which opened on Sunday with appropriate indigenous dances in Aboriginal costume . There were about 4o entries on display, all very good and some were for sale. The ones we liked had already been sold unfortunately.
