Day 3 -Embarcation day
Embarking took forever--they have to be so careful that all bags get onboard and then there's immigration and in the case of cruise lines, a brand new, humungous underground corridor structure looking like long metro train tunnels before the lines go down--concrete hardly dry, about half a mile to walk. It also looked as if they had lost a few passengers on the way! (Departed?)

Many escalators up and down and only occasional bursts of people. Must have cost a fortune to build--like Sydney's new metro bits.

At last on board but returned to town as we'd googled and found an M & S store very nearby and I needed some new underwear. My cleverness at having found the store was totally negated when we realised that that this shopping area was exceptionally high class and even M & S had succumbed and were charging 76 quid for a pack that would cost about 14 in London. We left empty handed.
That evening on board in the theatre was a stage performance by the 'Swirling Dervishes'--about 8 of them altogether. Very impressive.
