Dejeuner avec Françoise et sa famille

Today (Sunday) Françoise, her husband Lindsay, their son Ethan and Françoise' mother Josie-Anne and stepfather Claude, plus mutual friend Helen,  came to lunch--so we naturally had an English roast dinner in 30 Deg C heat! I did the roast on the Barbeque, Mary did the desserts and others brought salads, vegetable dish, wine etc. It was very colourful and tasted good! Françoise- a personal fitness trainer, managed to fit it into her 'diet'

We had a good discussion about French books and films and Lindsay, a retired air force pilot and Qantas 747 captain,  always has lots of inside stories to tell about the aviation industry.

We decided to all go and see the film 'Les Miserables' next Tuesday.

Françoise wore some very 'a la mode' platform shoes!!
