End of year activities

Been a bit warm here lately. My car recorded an outside temp of 44 Deg C when I got into it, the other day, then it cooled to a chilly 35!

People wonder why I stay so long as Group Leader in our Scout Group. Well, when a leader moves on to another section, or leaves, they get 'egged and floured and treacled'by the scouts,  as this pic shows of two scout leaders, Eagleray and Nala. Fortunately it took place on a beach on a warm night, so the leaders could just jump into the sea (sea temp 21 deg C) .

There is always a beach fire too, of course.........

Another end of year event was out intermediate French conversation class, when we all brought some French style cuisine. Mary cooked a 'clafuti'.
