FASS committee, Kayak at Kiama and brunch at Bianchini
Just to show our current French group committee--I know you're interested (?) Including me and the 'phone in from our President, Marc, that's 10, of whom half are native or fluent in French. A jolly bunch. Exactly half men/women and not by 'quotas'. The meetings are held in the kids' room of a local RSL club.
Our last Probus paddle on Friday was the S. Coast, to Dapto area.

The wind once on Lake Illawarra was fierce, causing sea-like waves so we were pleased to get back in the creeks! The pic shows us at morning tea point on the shore of the lake. It was calm there but suddenly sprang up in fierce gusts, once we left the shore.
Next came a birthday brunch for Tom at Bianchini's cafe at Eloura beach. A fancy cereal and yoghurt meal for me.
On today's walk, we went near the film site for the new Mad Max film then down to the beach , where, after a few hundred yards we were redirected back to the bush as security people were policing the film site, to avoid people taking images of it!
