Father's day 2011

Starting with A 'Skype' with Jacqui the night before--we continued on the Sunday with the family coming over for lunch, cricket and some ball game in the garden, where the highlight was myself turning base over apex into a flower bed! Caryl nearly choked laughing and Mary was concerned tha I hadn't damaged an orchid. Showing male solidarity--Craig asked me if I was OK!

Including my birthday, I received two nice bunches of flowers, a plateful of gingerbread men, a sketch of myself by Caryl,  and a Kathmandu voucher--a 'sea-dog' t-shirt and an astrolabe ---all very noice.

Later we finished the lunch with one of Mary's famous lemon merigue pies and an apple tart! Very popular.

Later we Skyped Jacqui again on my netbook--first time I have used it to Skype. I was interested to see if the same password worked on both the desk-top and net book--seems it does.
