We joined some friends to go to Kangaroo Creek in the RNP. After the climb to Robertson's roundabout, Mary and myself decided to be sensible and turn back (descending often being more risky than the ascent. Then we walked on level round across the weir and finished in the Weir café.

Our local gallery , Hazelhurst, run by the council, hosted the year 12 indigenous art display which opened on Sunday with appropriate indigenous dances in Aboriginal costume . There were about 4o entries on display, all very good and some were for sale. The ones we liked had already been sold unfortunately.
