Foxham and family

The house which I had booked from Australia, was enormous and suited our needs very well in terms of space. Lack of communications plus some items like hair dryers etc was a bit annoying.

We bought supplies from Royal Wotton Bassett village--with it's medieval market building. I've always loved the quaint English village names, often typical of the County and so hard to capture  from a car window.

On this day our newly-married nephew David and wife Clare came in on a journey from Wales to Portsmouth, so we had 16 people for an open fire barbecue--which I was in charge of.
