French Market

Last Sunday our French Association held a French market at a local school grounds, to fund-raise for the bilingual programme there.

It was an amazing success --with crowds approaching 4000 attending and all the 40 stallholders reported good sales . Citroen and Renault were there with vintage cars and there was a French singer as well. A huge amount of work went into it. Being in the UK I could only provide moral support from the sidelines (although as public officer I did arrange insurances and documentation)
