Fulham and Aldgate

Together with old schoolfriend Clifford, I visited Michael at his two Barratt construction sites. The Fulham site, by the Thames, is huge and at the time we arrived, people were working feverishly to detail the buildings and grounds, ready for completion certificates, that day.

The river view is a good feature and the 'Manhattan' apartments (one bed) are selling off the plan, to mainly overseas buyers.

At Aldgate, near the old college that Cliff and I attended,  the site is in an early and messy stage of foundation preparation. There is a sales model of the finished block at Aldgate.

Michael left us in early afternoon for a vital meeting  and was able to SMS later that the certificates for the Fulham site, had been granted --so it was drinks all round at 5.00pm -for him--not for us!
