On return we found our garden wonderfully coloured and quite weed-free--thanks to Holly and Dave!
Today we took part in the annual 'Operation Christmas Child' at St Phils, where, as part of a global campaign, you are encouraged to select suitable items for a child, pack them in a shoe box, from which point they are shipped to different countries, to where children get no toys at all.

Our local gallery , Hazelhurst, run by the council, hosted the year 12 indigenous art display which opened on Sunday with appropriate indigenous dances in Aboriginal costume . There were about 4o entries on display, all very good and some were for sale. The ones we liked had already been sold unfortunately.
