Hambleden ramble

Today Cliff and Myself walked  13Kms, on the Chiltern Way, starting at Mill End, through Great Wood then on to Skirmett and he 'Frog' Inn (with Queensland barmaid!) then on to Hambleden and the car park.

Weather warm with a little cloud--lots of Red Kites and Buzzards overhead and lots of charming cottages and garden-just exquisite.

At one point we used a compass and a scout method to bush-bash through heavy undergrowth for half a Km to cut a corner.

Finally--the mad crowds on the packed trains into London again.
