Happy New year--NYE 2013 Sydney Harbour
Son -in -Law William has a new office in North Sydney so we went there first to drop food.He has a great view from the balcony of the skyline next to the river and Bridge plus N. Sydney Oval (cricket fans) .
Will runs a web design company called 'Twisted Pear' www.twistedpear.com.au
Then off to Manly for lunch at the Skiff club with friends and their spouses and children, of daughter Alison and Craig, in great weather.
Jessica enjoyed a big bowl of Nachos, while we had a glass of local 'Roger's' beer and a meal.

We then swam at nearby Shelley Beach and saw the local water dragons on the rocks.

A passing wedding group allowed me to take their pic and display it--happy wedding guys!
Then it was through Manly pedestrian Corso (where local police kept an eye on things) past shopfronts with Aboriginal art -plus the Aboriginal flag on display near the Christmas Tree, back to Will's office for the fireworks at 9.00pm.
I then walked the twenty minutes to Craig's office-where the extended office has allowed him a direct view of the Harbour Bridge-plus the original balcony half-view of the bridge. It also overlooks the legendary Sydney fairground called Luna Park. Craig is a co-founder and director of a structural engineering consultancy called 'Enstruct' www.enstruct.com.au.
