Home Friday morning

Following favourable reports from Dr Mcmullin and the physio team here, I will be driven home Friday morning by one of the OT's, who will also asses our bathrooms for handrails etc.

I saw Dr Mcmullin yesterday. I had an U/S there which confirmed all blood flows on right leg are good. She is puzzled that I still need painkilling medication for right leg and has ordered CT scan for next week to have closer look, presumably at musculo-skeletal structure. I did finally find a nurse here who could properly massage in the salicylate cream and relieve some cramped leg muscles, so that may make a difference too. I have to lock into a physio programme somewhere as well.
