Tuesday July 6th, we took a number 27 bus, in rush hour, through London to Paddington Station--hour and half--in which we must have seen about 500 people get on and off the bus, from 68 nations--then a fast, clean, on-time train to Plymouth where we went to Avis and were greeted as "Hello Mr Sutherland--we have a 2 door Ford Focus for you--bit dusty--never mind"---10 minutes later we drove off in the new, 4 door Peugeot that we had actually ordered!

Our local gallery , Hazelhurst, run by the council, hosted the year 12 indigenous art display which opened on Sunday with appropriate indigenous dances in Aboriginal costume . There were about 4o entries on display, all very good and some were for sale. The ones we liked had already been sold unfortunately.
