Jerusalem Bay bush walk

Jerusalem Bay bush walk

One of the Sydney Bush Club walks--11 of us set off for this 13 Km walk over two ridges, passing a large monitor lizard, Jerusalem Bay with views of the Hawkesbury Bridges, to Brooklyn dam with a lovely lily pond display, thence to the pub at Brooklyn and train back to Cowan station.

They look an inconspicuous and  motley crew in walk gear, but one manages 250 scientists with the EPA, another  is the inventor of the latest technology for ink jet printing and yet another used to make all of Australia's penicillin. One has retired from managing transitional healthcare for older persons and another manages retirement villages. Interesting conversations.
