London Museum

Near the end of our stay in the UK we had a last London visit , including the London Museum and some sights under Guildhall, of a recently discovered  amphitheatre built around AD 4.

The museum included a statue of a lady looking like she was the inspiration for a certain Australian industry super-fund ad on TV! (In joke).

The Little Britain road name was the real inspiration for the BBC TV series of the same name, which was shown in Australia some years ago.

It included an original copy of the Magna Carta.

Outside was street name that inspired a TV series and a street that I hope was NOT named after a US President! I couldn't resist putting the shopfront of my online shirt tailor! Finally, I couldn't resist a pic of the common depressing london station skyline of roofs, typically as  seen  here, from Balham station platform
