Market at Valence d'Agen and Bardigue

A larger market than Auvillars, where we bought food and some clothes and sat in (or outside)  a cafe, as you do in France. The produce all looked very healthy and fresh.

Michael tried a few hats,

We met Annette, Michael's landlady and her niece, Marie. Annette had attended the funeral of George VI in London, when she was a student there.

In the evening we went to a local restaurant of good repute, in Bardigue, where the cuisine lived up to it's reputation, as did the bill!
