Mary's health

Following a visit to the Doc with swollen glands after Christmas then a biopsy, Mary received the (very unwelcome) diagnosis of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Of the 21 forms known, this form is quite treatable (although aggressive)  and to date, Mary has had two chemo sessions. She is able to live almost normally, although the treatment with cytotoxic injections leaves her tired and feeling unwell while the drugs move through the body in the week following. There will be 6 treatments, one each three weeks  and travel plans in August for Mary are on hold for now.
