Meeting friends from Nottingham days and future plans

After visiting Crook church in the morning, where Tony gave the sermon on the 'bread of life' assisted by a Tesco loaf (!) we were joined by friends Sandy and Norman (proud owner of a 1976 Scimitar). They  live near Preston and will visit Sydney in November and they brought their plans to show us when we all went to a restaurant in the countryside for lunch (the Lythe Hotel). Tony-ever the wit-- chose to be photographed with a flower, me with my dessert and we all joined the chef for a group pic.

We only have a week left now. Wednesday we drive  to York for the famous Mystery Plays, Friday to London to stay with Michael and go to the theatre then Sunday we fly out, arriving Tuesday in Sydney at 5.15am, by Qantas.

The wet weather continues here, unfortunately.
