Memorial and the markets

This morning we walked along the now infamous Promenade des Anglais as far as the memorials to the 80-90 killed in the carnage of July 14th.

Later we went to the markets,always colourful and filed with spice scents and I took some shop fronts and street scenes as well, to try to convey atmosphere.

These latter were difficult since you need real people close up, like the accordian player and it's intrusive, so they are a bit 'unfocussed'!

If only Westfield could be configured like old Nice; it would be enchanting!

The Corsica Sardinia ferry was in dock.

There is also the ancient and incredibly overdecorated old church.
