The Scenic World Performance

The highlight of the tour is today, at Scenic World. Another beautiful day.

I took some more pics to illustrate this unique holiday complex, derived from the main and outbuildings of the Old Leura Dairy. My bed had a 'cow ring' on the post next to it! A bedroom in one building had an Alice-in Wonderland sized door for access. During the stay, Kathy cooked a great 'spag bol' for us and Belinda a tasty potato bake, for our barbequed meat.

We car-pooled and I was asked to take Tonia,  our drummer, aged over 90 and the eldest of our band,  in my car. I then received a request from Cairene, a social science student at Wollongong and the youngest member --for a lift. Cairene had generously thought that Tonia might need some personal help and that she could talk to Tonia while I drove--so I brought the extreme ends of the ages of the band!

When my four fellow, female clarinettists heard of my daughters' concern at what I was up to, they insisted that I send a picture of the five of us, to reassure them! Trish, Jill, Maureen and Sigrid.
