To Lopud, Kopacek and Dubrovnik

In the morning we sailed from Sipan to the island of Lopud ,

Lopud itself is a 'boutique'sort of island with a large expensive hotel. There was also an ancient monastery/church,dating from 1400's.

We then sailed to Kopacek, stopping in a beautiful bay, on the way, for the big 'boat jump'- Michael, Clara and Marie, Helen and Paul, jumping from boat into the sea. while I took the pic from the sea, having the only waterproof camera . I also swam to shore and took a pic with my feet in it, for perspective ( and my feet are quite nice!)

One nearby cruiser had an Australian flag and clearly had a lot of youngsters on it--we stayed away!

Later we sailed on to Dubrovnik, swam again - from their incredibly crowded small beach

and later had a tour guide.

The place really comes alive at night with some very elegantly dressed people, looking rich and famous. Would loved to have pictured some--but you can't really.

By incredible chance we met up with Jacqui's sister-in-law and family, also on holiday there. We had not met since Jacqui's wedding last year.

As we left the town for a late cocktail or beer, we were 'serenaded' by a very non-Abroiginal didgeridoo player at the city gate!

Ask me about the man taking off his tee-shirt half way up a wall!
