Wentworth Falls in Spring
A day with cousin John and Penny admiring the incredible tree blossoms and the beauty of Wentworth Falls in the Jamieson Valley and the countryside in general, on a 2 hour walk.
We also visited Tarella House --1890, on an open day run by the local Historical Society. An 1890's house, complete with hundreds of genuine artifacts inside, is real history for a country only settled by Europe in the late 18thC.
Penny was slaving over a real camp oven in an outhouse to produce scones while a local band of worthies played Australian folk music on a variety of instruments.
