Wisley Gardens

We spent one night with friends Ginny and Robert at Rowledge, from where we visited the Royal Horticultural Gardens at Wisley. The colours were stunning and the fixed displays in the marquees took your breath away. Having had some success with the Cleomes (seeds from the garden of the house where we are staying now) I sought them out particularly,  in all their colours and bought a packet of seeds.

There were also a few odd sculptures thrown in for good measure!

Having been mercilessly reminded that Australia lost the Ashes, I continuously mentioned that the Australian entry had won this year's Chelsea Flower Show--in the Centenary year!
