Recently there were birthdays, including Mary and myself, so a picnic was in order at Oak park by the sea. We also visited Woy Woy for a birthday lunch with my cousin Margaret . I hoped to see Spike Milligan's tombstone with the words "I told you I was ill" on it, but discovered from Madam Google that a family feud lead to it being removed in 2012 and relocated somewhere in East Sussex.

Our local gallery , Hazelhurst, run by the council, hosted the year 12 indigenous art display which opened on Sunday with appropriate indigenous dances in Aboriginal costume . There were about 4o entries on display, all very good and some were for sale. The ones we liked had already been sold unfortunately.
