First kayak this season

The weather has gone from being cold and unpredictable, to  a searing 33 Deg C, in one day.

So we dusted off the kayaks and set forth, in a casual way,  for Swallow Rock. We encountered a large sailing creaft coming the other way --it was high tide.

We found that the Council have built a pontoon and walkway at Audley, but you are supposed to stay for only 15 minutes, so no time to walk to the Audley visitor centre. Why did they build it?

Mary talked to the ducks. I took a pic of a tiny, but colourful bird- a finch I think.

The first pic is of the largest 'large cappucino' I have ever been presented with, at a cafe in Woonona, down the coast--we were there for lunch with friends.
