First trip out

The operation is all behind me and the current weak right leg issues all predate the operation, but may have (unknowingly at the time) been caused by the aneurysm. The leg is much better now after some -necessarily painful-massaging by Mary. I am off all medications except aspirin.

So - two weeks after the last entry-comes my first real outing--I attended an early morning Anzac Day BBQ with our scout troop to re-introduce myself then about midday, Craig and Alison invited me to join them, Toby and girlfriend Lara, on their boat. There was some snorkelling and we visited several popular sites on the river.

I started with a snooze on a bench while they launched the boat.

The weather was perfect and the water flat (mostly) . At my enquiry, Craig proved that it do 30 knots, which gave us all a moment's excitement.
