Kayak trip, presentation of cheque and dinner with friends

A busy 12 hours,  starting at midday. Mary and I kayaked from Cronulla, seeing the Bundeena ferry then a 'lazy'fisherman in a 'peddle kayak'' and on to Bonnievale leisure park where we had some lunch. Mary is enjoying being in a single kayak, where she can wander off.

I then dashed to the scout hall where we presented a cheque for $1800 to the CEO of the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme in Australia. I had completed the Gold award in 1961 but in the acceptance speech the CEO said '1861'--much hilarity.

Finally-- a dinner with some friends, where the two French ladies earnestly discussed the merits of the wine!
