Merewether

A long weekend starting yesterday, visiting cousin Margaret and then Michael, Kris and Lachie in their new rental home at Merewether, near Newcastle.

We were going to take Margaret to lunch but she had very generously prepared a lunch for us. She looked very well after her recent hospital experiences.

Lachie first showed off his electric car

then distinguished himself by taking his first consecutive steps and chose to run to me!!

Today we dropped in the family scout camp nearby and Lachie walked (or stumbled)  a lot more.
