Short afternoon trip
Mary, Michael, Kris and myself paddled over to Maianbar for a swim but mainly to give Kris her first taste of paddling a kayak. She managed very well, even using the sail for a time!

Art Exhibition
Our local gallery , Hazelhurst, run by the council, hosted the year 12 indigenous art display which opened on Sunday with appropriate indigenous dances in Aboriginal costume . There were about 4o entries on display, all very good and some were for sale. The ones we liked had already been sold unfortunately.
