Trip to SW Arm and a new creek

On a hot day (30+ ) we caught the incoming tide to go upriver to SW Arm and after an hour's exploring, caught the outgoing tide to take us back. Very handy, but still quite a strenuous three hours or so.

The second pic shows the small waterfall at the end of a previously unexplored creek, off SW Arm, only accessible at HT . Turning the kayak around at the end of the creek was tricky- pic of Mary with cheery wave there.

We had a muesli bar and drink on the way back at a small, quite hidden  council maintained outcrop on the river bank.
