Trip with Krishna

Raining and 12 Deg C --not ideal but we set off from Water Street ramp anyway, as planned, for Krishna's first ever paddle! Krishna was quickly confident and paddling well, so we had a look at the sea and turned into Gunamatta Bay.

Just as we passed Hungry Point I saw a fin poking out of the water. Closer inspection showed it to be a seal --possibly the same one as sighted off Cronulla beaches recently. It didn't seem bothered by us at all.

Shortly after we got back, the sun came out--of course it would!
