A long weekend starting yesterday, visiting cousin Margaret and then Michael, Kris and Lachie in their new rental home at Merewether, near Newcastle. We were going to take Margaret to lunch but she had very generously prepared a lunch for us. She looked very well after her recent hospital experiences.

Today, Mary's choir the SSCS performed at St Phils Anglican church , with soloist Soprano Elizabeth Cooper, Tenor Andrew Taylor-Knight, conductor Paul James, Organist Dr Brett Mc Kern and violinist Irena Dimitrovska. About 20 (a record!) set off from either Wally's Wharf or Lilli Pilli scout hall against a strong tide and headwind of about 20knots! We visited Saddle Gully Creek (sheltered from the wind) and took a pic of about half of us at the end of SW Arms.
