Australian Holidays
Another Covid-riddled year, but one where we managed to enjoy a family celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary and saw the reunification of the family with the return of Jacqui and family from England, right in the middle of the harsh restrictions and bans on travel between Australia and

Some recent garden pics and a quick look at Alison in her new office, in front of reception desk made entirely by Jessica!

At last we got there ! We spent the weekend with Kris , Mike and Lachlan then came back through Toronto to see cousin Margaret and enjoy a splendid lunch with her. It was really good to catch up again and exchange news. Her house is so comfortable and the site is
Kayaking
It's all kayaking these days! Our Probus kayak group paddled the 13km trip Gunnamatta bay to very end of Cabbage Tree Creek on Friday. We have to get under a narrow footbridge to enter the basin and the tide runs swiftly through there, so we literally shot in

Every year the gardens look different . This year with sweet peas in the front as well as back gardens, Californian poppies, several Aquilegia and the yellow rose really blossoming, the front is crowded with over 20 different plants in bloom this week, lobelia, alyssum, hibiscus, rose, poppies, sweet peas, dianthus,
Kayaking
Against tide and a 30kmph wind , 10 of us set off from Wally's wharf and were joined by 8 more who started from Lilli Pilli. We headed for SW Arm and explored a small creek before having morning tea - pictured below then paddled to end of SW Arm

I think this link should still work. I make a 'cameo' appearance about half way along. Thanks to Tony B for the GoPro video. https://1drv.ms/v/s!AlRz4CpzXCSKhONxqHzKYuLpOPAGrg?e=cEs1or
